Why scuba diving trip in Thailand?
Thailand is one of the top dive destination because the country itself has many things to explore. Once you visit Thailand, you can enjoy mountain trekking, scuba diving, freediving, city sightseeing, and road trip along the whole country. Therefore, it is kind of a must to do scuba diving in Thailand.
If you are not certified diver, not a problem, there are many dive schools where you can take diving course in 4 days in many languages (English, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Russia, Italian,…) . One of the best choice to start exploring underwater is to take a 4-day scuba diving course along the short Liveaboard trip. For those who are already certified Openwater diver, you can start the Liveaboard trip and continue your dive education to the advanced level in order to enjoy deeper and manage your air consumption better. The better skill you have, the longer you can enjoy diving.
What is Liveaboard?
Liveaboard is kind of dive safari trip that the divers will board on the big boat, staying overnight in the cabin (boat become floating hotel) and start their first dive in the next day morning. Divers can do 3-4 dives in one day, depending on themselves. In between the dives, divers can also enjoy the food provided by boat operator all day long. It’s kind of the cycle of Dive-Eat-Sleep and Repeat!
Liveaboard trip can start from 2 days 2 night up to 6 days 7 nights, depending on your dive destination and boat operator. Most common route for Liveaboard in Thailand are North Andaman with 4 days diving and 5 nights staying on the boat. These include 14-15 dives with air tank, dive leader, sleeping cabin and food!
